On the Fringe of The Fringe
On the 7th Day of the 7th Month in the year 2000 I went to see my friends, The Part Time Punks, perform for the 7th time. As twice before they were performing at the Irish Oak Pub in Cheltenham.
The songs performed were basically the same as 19th November 1999 except for three new songs, "Death or Glory", "Bankrobber", both originally by THE CLASH, and "You Can't Put Your Arms Around A Memory", (JOHNNY THUNDERS) which I had heard in rehearsals.
My opinion of this performance is that it was the best yet.
